STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE

Happy LAST DAY OF SEPTEMBER!!!!

The topic of the day is STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE

It is newer than the original series. {Its a prequel to every star trek}
It came out in 2001 and it ended in 2005

The show's setting is in the 22nd century, 100 years before the events of STAR TREK {the original series} occur and about 10 years before the UNITED FEDERATION OF PLANETS was formed.
It shows events taking place on one of the first Warp 5 starships. Just to show how *slow* that is, the starship Voyager, which is in the future, goes to Warp 9.7

The main characters on the Enterprise are Captain Jonathan Archer {the captain, duh} who is in the middle top in the picture, Sub-Commander T'Pol {the Vulcan first officer/science officer} who is in the right top in the picture, Commander Trip Tucker {the cheif engineer} who is in the lef top of the picture, Doctor Phlox {the Denobulan cheif medical officer} who is in the bottom left of the picture, Travis Mayweather {the helmsman} bottom middle left of the picture, Hoshi Sato {the communications officer} in the bottom middle right of the picture, and Malcolm Reed {the weapons officer} in the bottom right of the picture.

They all serve on the Enterprise

My favorite part about the whole series is the theme song called "where my heart will take me"

which you can listen to/watch if you follow the link above

Alot of people hate the song but its pretty cool..... It doesn't really go with the other songs from other STAR TREK series, but it goes with the theme of the everything STAR TREK.

My favorite episode of this whole series is the last one which is called "These are the Voyages..."
alot of people hate it, but it was actually pretty good if you haven't seen it stop reading cuz there will now be several spoilers.

Riker goes to the holodeck {Riker is a character from STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION} yep, he goes to the HOLODECK {which is slightly insulting because it all takes place in the holodeck, he should have gone back in time.....} he is observing whats going on on the Enterprise because he needs guidance..... weird, but okay.....

Spoiler!!!
Trip dies, saving Captain Archer and the Enterprise. Which is depressing, but its not like Trip was my favorite anyway, I thought he was kind of annoying {until he died a hero} then he was somewhat cool.

Those are really good parts, but to understand the BEST PART {and the saddest, tear-jerker moment}, you have to know that STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE was the last STAR TREK TV series ever made. The part is at the end, when right before Captain Archer's speech, Diana Troi and Riker are leaving the holodeck. It can be watched right here:

I cried when I watched it.

I will end with this deep thought {in vulcan again}
Nahp, hif-bi tu throks.
{your thoughts, give them to me}
i.e. Comment Please!
